Sophie was recently commissioned to produce four pieces of work focusing on the Liverpool Blitz for Ancestry UK. One of the peices focused on the The Edmond and Mary Robinson lifeboat was launched from Liverpool in 1939 serving the New Brighton Lifeboat house throughout and beyond the war.

Mike Jones has served an incredible 40 years with the RNLI New Brighton Lifeboat Station, and is regarded as a bit of a legend. So when the RNLI reached out to me asking for a print dedicated to Mike how could I refuse. So here’s mike in the current New Brighton Lifeboat Station with my work.

Fantastic.
