Sophie Green's designs 'Northern Exposure' and 'Vincent' were two of the 145 Penguins to take part in Liverpool’s 2009/2010 Go Penguins event.
The design for Northern Exposure reflects the journey of all Penguin species as they travel across the oceans to Liverpool.
Northern Exposure was originally sponsored and subsequently purchased by The Floral Pavilion, New Brighton, Wirral.
Vincent is inspired by Van Gogh’s Sunflowers and was sponsored by the WWF. The original concept was submitted by ex-England Footballer Graeme Le Saux.
Vincent was kindly donated by Go Penguins organisers Wild in Art to a Variety Club dinner raising £1,500 at their charity auction.
